Communication consultant (M.A.)
I become energized in intercultural encounters and when working with issues related to workplace interaction and communication.
I get excited when I can create and learn something new about the following:
- Developing workplace communication
- Coaching and facilitating communication and conversational skills
- Cultivating and constructing organisational relations and culture
Currently I’m working on my doctoral thesis in speech communication and my topic is Communication in top management teams with a more specific perspective on developing relations and communication competence.
