M&A Integration is an ‘unorthodox’ merger approach intended to help clients to fuse two or more organizations in a new one. Key element of the approach is using collective thinking in a very early stage using advanced tools, workshops and dialogue rounds. We stimulate and involve all people from both organizations in the design and implementation of needed actions.

The goal of the M&A integration is to create a smooth fusion of various departments, teams and (in)formal groups together with continuing the daily operations. The approach combines logical linear thinking with complex system thinking. From the deal making stage until the final integration – we combine various knowledge skills and experience to integrate all change dimensions needed: financials, processes, structures, strategies and most important social and psychological processes between groups and people.
