Strategy Creator is a two-day workshop intended to give clients a set of tools to renew their organizational strategy and formulate the required change actions.
The goal for the Strategy Creator workshop is to formulate a robust strategy for the organization. Team members are supported to define the organizations identity and core-values. Based on the future vision (see: Future Worlds), the team is stimulated to revaluate products and services. During this fine-tuning process, concrete actions will be defined. Group size can vary between small groups in one room or hundreds in parallel rooms.
At the end of the workshop the clients’ team will have collective commitment for the necessary actions described in the ‘change journey map’. Actions could be: further development of products and services; clear communication to clients; steps to further develop the organization. Intensive facilitation is a possible next step in the realization of the refined strategy.
