Systemic Lean

Systemic Lean is a project approach intended to help our clients to optimize their business processes and simultaneously develop a positive learning culture throughout the organization. The approach combines logical linear thinking and system theory. ‘Otherwise it will not work …’

The goal of Systemic Lean is to optimize the business processes. The basic tools are a merge of business process management techniques (BPR, Lean, SixSigma) and complex system theory (Theory-U, Collective Thinking, Symbolic Modeling, Clean Language, Social Constructionism, Dialogue). During the project – people in the organization will participate in cross-department workshops, design labs, feedback café’s and co-operate in various implementation projects.

The results of a Systemic Lean project are improved client satisfaction, optimized business processes and positive energy. Moreover, people understand that continuous learning will make a difference. Alignment with ICT systems and organizational structures is part of the approach.
