Future Worlds is a 2-day workshop in which we assist teams in developing a robust and nuanced vision for the future.
The goal of Future Worlds is to support team members with their complex strategic decisions. Future Worlds uses macro-scenarios for sketching various possible paths for developing the organization. The use of micro-scenarios provides insight into how customers and other stakeholders will respond to the proposed strategic choices.
As a result of a Future Worlds workshop, team members make the necessary strategic decisions. Various future scenarios are developed and each participant has a personal story about how such scenario will develop. The results of the workshop can be combined with elements of the Strategy Creator workshop, in which the future scenarios are translated into concrete change actions.
