Humap 361™ is a collective feedback that emphasizes on the relationships between people, instead of focusing on individual behavior only. Humap 361™ gives a boost to the development of collaboration and communication. A web-based survey and the conversation following it, will lead to a renewed collaboration between people.

Results

After the web-based survey, the respondents receive a personal workbook in which the answers of all respondents are compiled. With the survey and the conversation that follow, we awake ‘the need to renew’ in the participant as well as the focus person. The results in the Humap 361™ workbook are not absolute, but descriptive and inviting joint reflections.
